Aspirants arrive for weekend.

  All hands check into Rt 66 Hotel
• 1530Hrs:
  Transportation leaves for Local #477 Hall for Film Analysis
• 1600-1730Hrs:
  Film Analysis
• 1745Hrs:
  Transportation leaves for Rt 66 Hotel
• 1830-1930Hrs:
  Evening Chow at the Rt 66

February 8th, Friday-

• 0700-0800Hrs:
  Morning chow at the Rt 66 Hotel
• 0800Hrs:
  Transportation leaves for Fairgrounds
• 0830-0900Hrs:
  Group Run and PT session (sneaker, sweats)(If you have an injury, you do not have to run)
• 0900-1100Hrs:
  Melee Strategy Classes – Review of 5X5 (15 minutes) 21X21 Strategy with walk through out of armor.
  Instructors: Andre Sinou & Jaye Brooks
• 1100-1230Hrs:
  Break out groups by position
  Centers will be instructed by Anthony Lynch, Bobby Dionisio
  Guards will be instructed by Jaye Brooks and Brad Shaive
  Flankers will be instructed by Andre Sinou and Scott Frappier
• 1300Hrs:
  Single Combat Tourney will begin!
  All single combat fighters will armor up and the tourney will run until we are down to the final 4.
• 1300-1500Hrs:
  Practical Application 21X21 in armor. We will stop to make corrections. Rattan, rubber or plastic weapons.
• 1500-1630Hrs:
  Practical Application of 5X5 in armor. Rattan, rubber or plastic weapons.
• 1700Hrs:
  Transportation leaves for Rt 66 Hotel
• 1730-1830Hrs:
  Recovery: shower and change.
• 1830-1930Hrs:
  Dinner at the Rt 66 Hotel.

February 9th, Saturday (Tourney Day Steel Weapons) -

• 0700-0830Hrs:
  Morning chow at the Rt 66 Hotel
• 0830Hrs:
  Transportation leaves for Fairgrounds
• 0900-1000Hrs:
  Prep for tourney
• 1000Hrs:
  Introduction of Team to Audience
• 1015-1130Hrs:
  5X5 Division Challenge (best 5X5 team from Each Division will compete)
• 1130-1230Hrs:
  5X5 Open Challenge (any 5X5 team may challenge. I.E.- Black Swan Versus Ursus)
• 1230-1330Hrs:
  Noon Chow
• 1330Hrs:
  Final Four of Single Champions continue Tourney
• 1330-1430Hrs:
  5X5 Team Tourney (single Elimination. Captain makes teams with input from Division Commanders)
• 1500-1630Hrs:
  21X21 combats. (Captain will pick team with input from Division Commanders)
• 1630Hrs:
  Introduce the Knights who are present and sign autographs
• 1730Hrs:
  Clean up and depart for Rt 66
• 1830Hrs:
  Transportation leaves for dinner at the Restaurant
• 1900-2030Hrs:
  Dinner at Restaurant- ACL : Vision for the Future (Button down shirt and casual slacks)
• 2030Hrs:
  Transportation leaves for Rt 66 Hotel
• 2100Hrs:
  Party at the Rt 66 Hotel

February 10th, Sunday-

• Flights and trips home and let young Bradley get some sleep.for all
